Terri Crane-Lamb, Board Chair, was a Washington Redskins Cheerleader (WRC) for 5 years, 1979-1983. During her tenure as a Redskins cheerleader, she served as a captain and co-captain; appeared in the first WRC calendar; was a member of the first WRC Show Troupe, which toured Taiwan; performed in the first WRC Department of Defense video that was aired to troops stationed around the world; and performed at Super Bowls XVII and XVIII. In 1984 Terri founded the Washington Football Cheerleaders Alumni Association (WFCAA) formerly known as the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association. The WFCAA was the first cheerleader alumni organization in the National Football League (NFL) and has helped raise millions of dollars for charity. In 2009 she co-founded the National Football Cheerleaders Alumni Organization (NFCAO) for all former NFL cheerleaders and serves as the Chair and President. The NFCAO mission is to enable former NFL cheerleaders to connect, contribute to local and national charitable organizations, and support fellow alumni when in need. In 2015, Terri was inducted into the Pro Football’s Ultimate Fan Association in Canton, Ohio, based on her numerous charitable activities, leadership, enthusiasm, and fellowship and sportsmanship towards all fans in the NFL. In 2022, Terri was the first of six NFL Alumni Cheerleaders to be inducted into the NFCAO Pro Cheerleaders Hall of Fame. She appeared in the Discovery Channel/TLC reality show “Faking It” and the documentary “The Redskins Winning Years.” She was an extra in Netflix’s Emmy nominated “House of Cards.” Terri retired from the U.S. Department of Energy in 2010 after 35 years of service in various positions such as Senior Budget Analyst, Project Management Systems Lead, IT Team Leader, and Executive Director of the Environmental Management Advisory Board. Terri resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband Gary.
Debbie Ray, Board Member, was a Washington Redskinette for 1974 to 1982 at RFK stadium. During her 9 seasons, she participated and performed at numerous charity and corporate events including Touchdown Club luncheons and NFL Quarterback Dinners. In 1982 she was 1 of 6 Redskinettes selected to the FIRST Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Show Troupe, which performed in Taiwan during a 2-week tour promoting USA products. This was the FIRST time NFL Cheerleaders had ever toured Asia. She cheered in the victorious Super Bowl XVII. After retiring from the Redskinettes. Debbie served on the inaugural committee as a founding member of the Redskinette Alumnae Association (RAA) (now known as the Washington Football Cheerleaders Alumni Association,WFCAA). Together with Terri Crane-Lamb, she helped pioneer the WFCAA. She has served as the WFCAA Secretary, Activities Co-Chair, 70’s Decade Representative, and Vice President since inception. She was a WFCAA team member that helped raise $104,000 by walking in the Susan Koman Walk for Breast Cancer in two years straight. Debbie was awarded the Betty Johnson Memorial Award and Lifetime WFCAA membership - bestowed on an alumni that represents the attributes of the late former Redskinette Choreographer, Betty Lou Johnson. The award represents dedication, loyalty, enthusiasm, esprit de corps, comradeship, talent, love and devotion to the many faceted assets and art of being a “Redskinette”. 1999 Nominated and selected by panel of community leaders to participate in the Bloomingdale’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign to raise funds in support of the Leukemia Society In 2019 she stepped down as Vice President, but continues to serve as a Board Member. Off the field: - Employed as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of the FHLBanks, Office of Finance for approximately 30 years. - 1982 married husband Roger who continues to be a die-hard Washington fan - Adopted two children, Caitlin (1992) and Christopher (1996) - After retiring, relocated to Lexington, Kentucky - Earned real estate license (Lexington Board of Realtors) - Worked at one of Lexington’s notable thoroughbred horse farms as well as Keeneland Race Track - 2010 - Cast as a “tile extra” in The Secretariat Movie - 2019 - Present Co-Chair of neighborhood Social Committee
Dr. Kimberly Kryzda, Board Member and President, cheered in the NFL for Washington for 8 years (1998, 2000-2006). She was selected as a Captain for 4 years and capped off her NFL career representing the Washington cheerleaders at the 2007 Pro Bowl in Hawaii. She auditioned and was selected as a member of the elite variety show for six years going on 12 tours traveling to 35 countries entertaining troops around the world. She also represented the Washington Cheerleaders on a cricket cheer team in India after retiring from the field. Her direct contributions were recognized throughout her NFL Cheerleading career with her many awards to include: 2001-2002 Director’s Choice Award, 2002-2003 Director’s Choice Award, 2003-2004 Outstanding Leadership & Choreography, 2004-2005 Director’s Choice Award, and the coveted 2005-2006 Lifetime Achievement Award. After retiring from the field in 2006, Kimberly immediately joined the Washington Football Cheerleader Alumni Association (WFCAA) and has been an active member. She served as a Decade Representative, Secretary for 11 years, Vice President for 5 years, and is her current Decade Representative, Board Member, and the President of the WFCAA. She is also a member of the National Football Cheerleader Alumni Organization (NFCAO) and NFL Alumni Association. Kimberly works for CACI as an Executive Director overseeing the military health portfolio of contracts. Kimberly is married to her wonderful husband, Kevin, and has two children. A son, Reagan and a daughter, Chamberlyn. They reside in Virginia Beach, VA.
Cheri Heritage, Board Member, was a Redskinette for 10 incredible seasons (1964-1973)! She served as the WFCAA Treasurer from 1987 to May 2023. She has served on several committees over the years and has been instrumental in maintaining our membership roster. Cheri is a current WFCAA Board member and 60’s Decade Representative. She has always been passionate, dependable, and available to help in any way possible to ensure our Alumni Association runs efficiently. Cheri resides with her husband Gordon in Palm Coast, Florida.
